Type of Information Collected
This site is operated for the exclusive purpose of processing donated vehicles, vessels, or other non cash charitable contributions. Information is collected from the consumer through an online form. Only the information provided by the donor, such as his/her name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and a description of the item to be donated, is collected. This site does not use Cookies or other means of collecting information beyond what is provided by the donor.
Use of Collected Information
The information collected is used for the purpose of processing donations. The non-profit organization to which you are donating may follow up for the purpose of insuring quality of service, to provide additional information about their organization, or to solicit additional donations. Information is not sold, traded, or in any way distributed to any business or organization.

In order to ensure security and protection of collected information, all employees are aware of our security policy and practices. Access to the information collected is limited and only obtained through codenames and passwords. Any misuse of donor information is prohibited and will result in termination of employment, as well as criminal prosecution if warranted.

Donor will only be contacted by Fund Raiser except as relates to the processing of donations, follow up to insure quality of service, or to solicit referrals. Donor may be contacted by the Non Profit Organization for follow up on quality of service, to provide additional information about the Non Profit Organization, or to solicit dominations. Donor may request to opt out from any or all future contacts after the donation has been processed by emailing info@kars-r-us.com, with the subject line REMOVE FROM MAILING LIST.
Correct and Update Information
Information provided by donor may be corrected or updated through various methods. Donor may request to have information updated by emailing to info@kars-r-us.com or by calling 877-527-7758
Notification of Changes
Donors will not be notified of changes in the policies herewith, but they shall only be subject to the policies in place at the time of donation.
